Youths from 10-16 years of age spend up to six hours a day in front of a screen, whether a TV, a computer or a video-game, according to Active Healthy Kids Canada.  The group issued a D grade to Canadian children for the third year in a row based on their (lack of) physical activity.  The organization says that screen-time is the reason for this very serious problem.
